Being in shape has not only physical, but mental benefits as well. It’s paramount to have an everyday routine that includes some kind of physical activity. Whether it’s simply doing some sit ups, pushups and pull ups every morning when you get up and every night before you go to bed, using a home gym to lift weights, running or riding a bike. If you don’t do this now, start today.

The easy life you may be living at this point may not always be the case, if a major disaster strikes. Fitness is also a major part of the survival mind-set. Learning, and doing takes effort, and that means you need to be out in that garden pulling weeds, or in the garage trying to figure out how generators work. There should never be a dull moment in the life of a survivalist.
